I am gaining information from all of you guys. I recently found out
that I am Type II. When I found out I did not run away from it I
embraced it and now I am learning how to make changes in my lifestyle
a permanent goal.
I am just now coping with it and realizing if I don’t change my life
diabetes will do it for me
