Kate, this is Shay. Look around, sometimes there are offers that give
free monitor if you buy test strips. They do in Florida, just in your
city. Your insurance should cover monitors! There are also diabetic
supply companies that ship products to you, they are on TV. A n
inexpensive one that runs on batteries is good. Mine is a True Track,
it costs around $23.00. Talk more later. Shay
