Ahhhhhh gee you guys. Can’t we have played “make believe” at least? I knew we couldn’t really have got together, but dig down and find that “inner child” and have some fun and imagination again.
I don’t get to go to Minnesota anymore for vacation. Haven’t had one since 2000. Had an overnight rush trip out to New York City on Oct. 2002, but that wasn’t vacation: was business. Doubt will get to go to Minnesota anymore. The place we went to is selling after this season. And I know we don’t have the money to go up for this season, so it won’t be there anymore. There are getting to be less and less “resorts” to go to and what ones that are left are outrageous on their rent. What they want for just one week, would get us two months were we go now.
Well, since no one wants to drag their imagination out of moth balls, guess the fishing trip is off.
