Hi everyone…My name is Rob and not only am I new to this group, I am
also new to diabetes. I found out I had type 2 june 26th 2004. Not
only that I had high blood pressure and those 2 together were playing
games with my heart. I was a heavy drinker and heavy eater and I quit
cold turkey on the drinking and am trying to lose weight but my health
lately hasnt let me get much exercise. Just walking across the floor
my heart rate sky rockets to just about 200. I just kind of need a
release I guess and I saw this group. I hope I can be some kind of
help to anyone that needs me cause I sure know I need someone to talk
to somtimes. Anyway thanks for letting em join and I hope to chat with
some if not all of you soon.

Just wnted to say Hello! My name is Sharon and I’ve been a type 2
