Ok here is a topic a certain member says he would starve on a low carb
diet that he is a growing boy at 25. Why don’t we talk about how we eat
on a low carb diet , or a lower carb diet and see if we get full. I will
start. I am defiantly not starving by an means and average no more then
13 carbs per meals some times I will splurge and go a little over but
that is part of meal planing if you know your kid or grand kid or you or
what ever reason there is gonna be cake at something your going to at
night you plane for it. FOr instance I know that tomorrow night I have a
thing i am going to and they have chokit cake there and i want a piece
so tomorrow I will make sure to go ultra low carb all day then I can eat
that piece of cake and notice i say a piece not two not three apiece.
here is some of the things I eat. that are low carb high protein. Lots
of chicken. if you can find a local meat market that has local meat if
your in an area they raise meat that is best of not pay more at a heath
food store and get free range with out antibiotics or steroids added.
wally world ie walmart and albertons and other grocery stores buys what
ever cheep meat they can get. that bird could have been killed a year a
go. or cow or what ever. I buy all my meat from the local meat market
there prices per punned are higher but in the long run you pay less when
you buy meat al walmart or other grocery stores your paying for water
not meat they injected them with water the local meat market i buy pure
meat. and it has been killed realty course beef has to hang for a week
and ag and on aged meat a month but that is beter then year old. meat.
BUt I have found that i am more then full leaving carbs out. ALso on
beef be carefull of fat you have no choice but to get steakw ith
marbling becuse any other way it will be touch marbling is the fat in
side the meat. but when it is cooked cut off the excess fat. also a
tabel tob grill like the forman or otehrs are ehater becuse they dont
set in the fat asborbing it has they cook it just drians off. Also if
you ca afoed it bufflow is beter it is leaner meat and heahter. Has we
all know dibtiecs are at hgiher risk for getign the veins cloged up. and
you don;t know your vens are cloged tell your laying on the bed after
ahving major cornary. Also rather then reguler pop you can drinkl diet.
rather then colaid there is a version fo crystel light made by walmrt
and you can’t tell a thing with it I was suporesed i used to hate diet
pop I can’t tell know infact i was at a fucntion were all they had was
regualr pop nad I got sick from drinking a normel pop. So any body
wnatto talk about low carb

Robert,
I do eat fruits and vegetables. I try and stay away from corn and carrots.
I don’t drink fruit juice unless my sugar is low. Its just a little juice
is a lot of sugar. The new crystal light morning drink tastes very close to
orange juice with no sugar. Once in a while I will even have a banana, good
source of potassium. I was in the hospital last month (I had an accident),
they gave me cream of wheat every day and even vanilla wafers for dessert.
You want to try and have low sugar, not no sugar.
