The survey from Liz Sillence is for real. I wanted to let you all know that. She really has been in contact with Stephanie as she mentioned in her email to the group.
I wanted to let you all know that it is not an advertisement or any such thing. It is legitimate and hopefully will help with health information through the eventual results. Also I just came from taking the survey and I found nothing unpleasant nor disagreeable in it.
BUT I did want to let you all know that Stephanie and I both knew about this and it is on the up and up.
