I just wanted to share this with all of you..you maybe have known about it but if not…..about a month or so ago I was having a real problem with charlie horse’s in my calfs and bad toe cramps where it hurt like heck to get out of bed…I asked my Dr what this was all about and if she thought it was the diabetes ( it was right before I was diagnosed ) she said no…well I just was reading Dr Bernsteins book and in it a person had the same problem….this makes me a little nervous about how much my Dr really knows about diabetes…I have not had any type of leg or toe cramps since taking the Metaglip…did not even think there was any connection…just wanted to share that info and wonder if anyone else had these cramps at night?

Not only at night, but there were a couple of instances where I had leg cramps for 3 weeks. You know…how it feels right before it grips your calf in intolerable pain. I was taking quinine capsules to stop the cramping and it usually worked really well. This last time, my chiropracter intervened and massaged out the cramp. Everything seems to be fine now.
