just came back from meeting with my diatitian and it went ok..I am a little in shock over it all..seems I am doing things all wrong and not eatting enough carbs but to much fat….she said that is why my numbers are so high in the am…she said I need to talk to the Dr about maybe changing my meds off the metaglip and on to metaforin and maybe not need any meds at all if I raise my carb intake….who knows…I am still confused but she said it will all make sense after I take the classes…she said I am definatly not eatting enough food…that was nice to hear…although the weight is coming off for some reason.. i still say its because of very little carbs…but i am excited because I can eat my wonderful lima beans and she said i can have a subway too…
