Hi Anna
Here in Canada most of our margarine is made from soy. That is what people with milk allergies has to use too. It is also milk free and fat free. Lower in cholesterol also. Hope it helps you.

I’m glad that it helped you out. No I don’t know about how it is in Europa.Special? How is the weather in Norway? It’s nice here right now not too cold or hot. I’m in Windsor Ontario Canada across from Detroit. Not sure what the American’s make their margarine from but think they do have some with soy. Chat soon.

I’m not sure about the official fat part of margarine, but I’ve
Along with diabetes, I also had a major high-chole

gotten quite used to using the “I
can’t believe it’s not butter” - type products. From the nutritional
info on the back, I can’t
seem to find any downsides to it, there’s basically nothing in it …
I still can’t believe (literally)
how they got the taste in there without something bad
sterol/triglycerides problem (which I also
take oral medicine for) and my endocrinologist suggested it. Even for
cooking, I’ve had great
success with those products, it cooks just like butter/margarine too.
Especially the butter
sprays, I just take off the spray cap and pour them into recipes - I
haven’t used butter
since…at least not much
