Hi,
From the info I have seen, the brown sugar splenda is made with
splenda and “real” brown sugar. That is probably why the carb count is
higher
Splenda spikes my BG no matter how little I use for some reason.
Doesnt bother me that much tho cause it is too expensive and I dont
put sugar in much of anything […]
