I am so excited! The doctors’ office just called and I am another step closer to the gastric bypass. They called to set up my first appointment with the surgeon. It is for Nov. 10 in the afternoon. After that will be a class with a dietician about how the surgery will dramatically change my life and how I will eat and such after the surgery (more involved, but too long to explain), a psychological evaluation, another appointment with the surgeon, and then surgery is not too far from being set up after those things.
