I am so enjoying what I am hearing. I was out and passed by a pet shop (they do not sell cats nor dogs) and stopped in to see what they had in the community fish or guppies for my aquariums and while there I heard such beautiful singing. It was of course a canary. I have had them in the past, but had given up on them since the last two died within a month of so of getting them (from the same breeder), so decided not to try any more. But this one was so pretty, I could not resist bringing him home.

He started singing as soon as I got him out of the box and into the cage. Sometimes when they have been moved or put in a different cage, it can take them a while to start singing again. He has been going almost non stop. I just love the hear a canary sing. He fills the whole house and when I take the kids outside to potty, I can even hear him out there. It is so pretty that I feel like I am listening to a “relaxation tape” and do feel so good when he sings. I feel a lot more relaxed. Hopefully that will help my glucose readings. Anything to help relax us has to help with our bg readings.
