food reaction

Hey all. I hope I haven’t caused any problems or said anything to upset anyone. I have been eating something with soy in it and I have an allergy to it. It affects me really strange and sometimes I don’t know it. I can get emotional, cranky, short tempered, brain fog (very fuzzy thinking) and not be quite correct in things I say, and several other various things can happen. Not all of them happen at once, but can be one, or group of them. I had no idea I was ingesting soy. I stay away from it, due to how it affects me. But had a craving for ice cream. Got some sugar free (due to being diabetic) and have been eating it over the past few days. Bill noticed some of the ole signs of soy. I told him I hadn’t gotten anything with it that I knew of (Slim Fast has it, and some multivitamins from health food stores has it as their base/binding agent for the pills). He remembered the ice cream and it starting not too long after. Yup, soy. Now I have to wait for the darn stuff to clear
my system, so please bear with me. OK?
