All right! Finally got a roaster filled with kraut and pork cooking. Just put it in the oven to bake up. Took clear till today to get William to take me over to Wentzville to the good grocery store. I didn’t get pork steaks to put in with it was usual, they had boneless pork chops on sale for less than what the pork steaks cost. Still good pork and now this way, don’t have to go through and pick out the bones. Which it seems like no matter how well you look, you always end up missing a piece of bone. Just like when making chicken and noodles. Another good eating food! Especially since mom always made the noodles home made and they didn’t come out of a bag. Grandma and her always made the real thing.
Hmmm, kraut. It should take well over an hour to cook (slow cook it, so it comes out tender), that should leave me enough time to get out to Wal-mart for a box of Gas-X. Beano doesn’t work.
