There are lots of different vegetarian eating styles.
Vegans eat nothing from animals, usually will not wear leather or use honey.
Ovo-lacto vege eats eggs and cheese products in addition to the vege things
ovo adds only eggs
lacto adds only dairy
there are some pseudo vegetarian styles too, polo vege eats chicken,
some eat only fish or shellfish
I guess someone who is “just” a vegetarian will eat the flesh free and
maybe not worry too much if there is eggs or milk products.
I am going back to my veggie lifestyle and finding it more challenging
to do it in a lower carb way.
