Blog about diabetes

I am 34 & have had type 2 for 1 year. Lately I have noticed some
numbness in my feet. It only seems to happen when I go for a walk with
co-workers, which I try to do at least 4 days a week. It starts about
1/2 way thru the 30 minute walk. It started in my right foot, but it
seems to be in both feet now. I don’t know what to think or what to
do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
