Up date on the bleeding from my ears. I of course was put on Levaquin on Saturday by the doctor covering for my doctor, but still having some bleeding. Called my doctor’s office today and he was able to fit me in. He looked in both ears and the eardrums are ok, but the left ear canal is red, irritated, inflamed some and the right ear had dried blood in it and was worse for being red, inflamed and irritated. Dr. Genova is keeping me on the oral Levaquin and he added ear drops, three times a day. After a week I am to check back with him. Now to get through the darn stress test tomorrow. It is not the tread mill kind, but the medically induced kind. The tech said I will be there at least three hours for the procedure. Yuck!
