Has anyone tried the new Lantus pen yet? I called for a refill on my Lantus and the nurse told me they have it in the pen now. I use the Novolog Pen for my other insulin and I love it. I have my regular check up appointment with my diabetic doc on the 16th and I think I will ask him to give me a prescription for the Lantus pen also. It would be quicker to just pop the needle top on, dial up the units and go. When I am having blurry vision (from med I’ve had to take or dry eyes) that darn line on the syringe can be hard to see. Some mornings I have to try two or three times to get it right. If anyone has tried it yet, would like to hear from you.
