Hey, my pharmacist says that prilosec CAN raise blood sugar!!! So, I’m stopping it immediately even though it was working. Darn it. It was working so well for my tummy. Even asking my doctor for a script for aciphex would do the same thing. These drugs that stop the pumps from creating acid cause this in a large enough percentage of people to be noted. Phooey. I guess I’ll give my acid reducers a try and hope that they will work now that my tummy has had a good chance to rest. Just thought you’d all like to know this.
