Well, I did the retest of my glucose at the one hour mark and it was 148. The first test was in my left arm and the retest was in my right, so they can be a point or two different, but the main thing is that it did not go up after taking the stomach med. It takes anywhere from half an hour to one hour for Prevacid to go into effect. I am going to try the testing again tomorrow morning to see if I have the same results with the medicine.
