Does a Low Carb Diet Help Diabetics?

Carb Diet- Its not what its being made out to be!
To begin with, each one of you low carb dieters should be made aware of the fact that a healthy adult diet should contain 45 percent to 65 percent of carbohydrates as compared to 20 percent to 35 percent of fat, and 10 to 35 percent of protein.
How does a carb diet help?

A healthy diet is one which is properly balanced and not low on any count. Since time began, carbohydrates have been known to provide balanced nutrition and there is no reason what so ever why it shouldnt do the same now.

High-fiber (high-cellulose) vegetable food is the healthiest choice for human nutrition, and intake of these foods is associated with lowered incidences of hyper-tension, cancer, arthritis, diabetes, etc. Examples are lettuce and broccoli. Examples of low-fiber, complex carbs will be banana, tomato, squash and all cereals and grains (therefore bread and pasta), potatoes and rice.
