Hi. Just got back from my visit with my endocrinologist and he added Symalin to my medicines for my diabetes. Is anyone else taking it? He said it helps lower blood glucose and it also helps weight loss. It makes you feel more full when you eat and also you don’t get as hungry between meals. But it can cause nausea when first starting it. He said to take it with meals, as that does help on the nausea until your body adjusts to it and doesn’t react that way anymore. If any one is on it, how do you like it and how has it worked for you? I take 10 units twice a day, with breakfast and supper.
Thanks,
Sue
