Well, we are all covered with white. About a quarter inch deep. Only it isn’t the snow that is on it’s way, but ice/sleet. It is coming down like crazy. Have no idea how long it will continue until it switches over to snow. Last I heard, that was to happen over night. Not sure how much snow we are supposed to get. The forecasters keep bouncing back and forth from “around six inches” to a forecast of “eight to twelve”. What ever it is, will sure be a mess on top of this much ice/sleet. Yes, Bill went to work. I tried to talk him out of it, but …………………………. At least he took the Envoy. The truck he got after totaling out the G6, does not have 4 wheel. The Envoy does. So at least he has the little bit of help. But no matter if you have 4 or 2 wheel drive, when it comes to icy roads, nothing is going to be a major help with that. November is going out and December is coming in with ole man winter blasting.
I just hope the old wives tale isn’t true: The first measurable accumulating of the season is how many snow falls you will get that winter. November 30? Thirty snow storms? YIPES
