1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (can use hazelnut or walnut oil)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch freshly cracked black peppercorns
In a jar or bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt,
and pepper. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Serve at room
temperature.

I dont get numb lips when I eat but if I go low on BG I get tingly
lips. It is one of the few “symptoms” that I get for a low.
I can walk around at 65 or 400 and have no different feelings, Not good!!!!

im 27, male, filipino.
both my parents have diabetes. and just yesterday, got my fbs results
and there was a whopping 219mg/dl blood glucose level.
im a little depressed but i will be working on it. i’ll be meeting my
diabetitian in two days.
